This information is used to communicate with the client and also with the associated professionals that are involved in architectural projects such as Local Authority Planning Services, Building Inspectors, Structural Engineers etc.

When you use our services we may need to know your name, postal address, email address and telephone number. We also hold invoice payment information for accounting and tax purposes.

Some photographs may be taken of your architectural project and these may be published on our website and social media pages. We will obtain your permission first. Your personal details are not included on any media visible to the general public.

This will involve us identifying and deleting all data held about you by us and any suppliers we use to provide services to you and process our data, where this does not affect Fine Black Line Ltd’s ability to comply with applicable legal, tax or accounting requirements.
